JACKSONVILLE — The missing’s family is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 18 year old Ebony Kirby out of the Jacksonville, Florida area.
Ebony was last seen or heard from on July 7, 2017 at approximately 4:30 am.
Ebony was last seen by her mother walking away from her apartment wearing black tights, a blue tee shirt, and wearing no shoes. She has a tattoo reading “Strength” on her right forearm. Please take a close look at Ebony’s photo to help locate her.
Ebony is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Mixed.
• HAIR: Curly Black.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 120 pounds.
• OTHER: Tattoo on right forearm reading “Strength”.
