ORANGE COUNTY — The Orange County Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 23 year old Matthew Boyd Hicks out of the Orange County, Florida area.
Matthew was last seen on June 17, 2017.
Matthew is from Kennett, Missouri. He had been speaking to a man from Apopka Florida and went to visit. Matthew’s family had discovered that his wallet and drivers license had been left in a bathroom in Sikeston, Missouri. Family has been able to confirm that Matthew was last seen in Florida with a man by the name of Edward Brogna who also uses the alias Edward DelloRusso. Brogna is known to be in the area of Apopka and Almonte Springs.
Matthew is described as:

• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Dyed Blonde.
• EYES: .
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 4 inches.
• WEIGHT: 140 pounds.
• OTHER: Pierced eyebrow.
