ORIGINAL REPORT: OSCEOLA COUNTY — The Osceola Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 14 year old Joseph Rossi Jr out of the Osceola County, Florida area. However, he does have ties in the Westfield area as well.
Joseph was last seen on April 18, 2017. He was spotted in the area of Marina lake Drive in Kissimmee wearing black shorts, a white t-shirt and gray sandals. It is believed that he has ties to Westfield and may be wandering around there. Please be aware that the Police believe Joseph could be armed and dangerous so please do not approach him, just call the police or 911.
Joseph is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Blonde.
• EYES: Blue.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 7 inches.
• WEIGHT: 140 pounds.
• OTHER: In possession of a firearm and ammunition.
