ORIGINAL REPORT: LAKELAND — The Lakeland Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 16 year old Kayleen Fernandez out of the Lakeland, Florida area.

Kayleen was last seen April 8, 2017.

Kayleen has her ears and tongue pierced. It is not yet known what  she was wearing or her mode of transportation at the time of her disappearance.

Kayleen is described as:

• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Hispanic.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 7 inches.
• WEIGHT: 107 pounds.
• OTHER: Tongue and ear piercings.
